This was transcribed from the Jonathan Richman version on the above album I
haven't been able to find the original "Prez" Tyus version Jojo's version is
an instrumental

I've broken it into sections and have included the timing in seconds [ - ]
of the section of the recording to make it easier to follow 

The timing is 4/4; but the strumming is fast, in a jazzy scat sort of rhythm 
Count four beats to the bar and you'll be OK
