Well gosh thank you, my question is a lot of people you know there might people tuning in that never really heard your stuff that we're playing today

But how would you, you know, describe your music or what you do?

Jonathan Richman
I'm a pop singer who sings mostly rock n roll and does occasional romantic ballads and different languages and does a few country songs but primarily what I do is a rock n roll singer and I'm an entertainer

Something else that I have always wondered and you've probably been asked many times but how do you maintain the perspective you know the sort of uh I don't want to call it naive but maybe the innocent perspective of your music in these times especially now

I don't try I don't try I don't know what kind it is I don't try to maintain any perspective I just make this stuff up
